Eileen McHugh

Eileen McHugh currently resides in Scott County and has lived and/or worked in four of the seven Metro region’s counties, and in two out-state counties. Ms. McHugh has been employed in the regional administration division of the Metropolitan Council since 2000.  During her tenure with the Council, she has been in Transportation Planning & Services and is currently with the office of Diversity & Equal Opportunity. Past experience includes 10 years with housing & urban development (i.e. HUD -HRA) agencies in Minnesota and Colorado.  Eileen also brings forth 12 years experience in private, partnership, corporate and governmental fund accounting as well as serving as an elected board member on her church’s finance and property commission.
