MAAA awards funds for the development of new services and/or the continuation or expansion of existing services in accordance with this plan.

A competitive bid process is generally completed for each funding category based on a three year cycle. During this process funding policies are developed based on research and a community development process. The adopted policies are reflected in the Request For Proposal.
