Title III-C Nutrition & Nutrition Support Services

Nutritious meals provided in group settings and to homebound individuals. Participants receive nutrition education and other support services. Ethnic and culturally age-specific meals are available. Download a chart of the current ethnic meal sites. Other services include grocery shopping and prescription delivery services.
